What we do
We, the Hopeful Minds is a project developed by iFred, the International Foundation for Research and Education on Depression. It is based on research that suggests hope is teachable (a skill). The aim is to equip students, teachers, and parents with the tools they need to define, learn, and grow a hopeful mindset and prevent hopelessness around the world.
When you visit our website or become part of our subscribers, followers, or supporters, you’ll have access to all information about our materials, contents, research, and projects.
Hopeful Minds Name
We own all right, title and interest in and to the name “Hopeful Minds” and its associated materials, artworks, curriculums, workbooks, resources, research, and projects. You agree that all goodwill associated with your use of the name and materials of “Hopeful Minds” will insure to the benefit of the “Hopeful Minds”. You agree to use the name “Hopeful Minds” solely in accordance with our instructions. You agree that you will not make “Hopeful Minds” part of the name of a website or social media site without our prior written permission. You cannot use the name “Hopeful Minds” to collect donations or raise funds for your own benefit.
Site Ownership and License to videos, audio, photographs, graphic designs, curriculum, workbooks, research and projects
We own all right, title and interest in and to the content on the website, including, but not limited to text, photographs, illustrations, images, designs, graphics, videos, audio, curriculums, workbooks, research, projects, any and all derivative works or enhancements of the content. Use of this website does not grant you any right or interest in the website or the content. If you provide us with photographs (e.g. a picture of you or your class using the curriculum in your school), you grant us a right to reproduce and publish that photograph on our site, newsletters, blogs, and our social media accounts.

Controlling law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. The courts of Nevada will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising hereunder and you hereby consent to said jurisdiction and waive any right you may have to object to said jurisdiction.
